Partnership agreement with University of Chichester
Malvern International plc (AIM: MLVN), the global learning and skills development partner, is pleased to announce the signing of a five year student recruitment partnership agreement with the University of Chichester. This partnership will see Malvern appointed as a global Representative Agent to support the University's international strategy and provide support services to the University in its international recruitment to a wide range of programmes. It represents a variation to Malvern's current partnership model - which is centred around student recruitment and on campus course delivery. The partnership with the University of Chichester will be student recruitment focused. The first cohort of students are expected to start in September 2023 with student numbers expected to grow in 2024 and beyond.
The partnership has been formed in response to the University's requirement for support to fully realise the potential of the flourishing international student recruitment market. This partnership will maximise the benefits of Malvern's expanding global student recruitment team and is based on a scalable and proven model providing an additional revenue stream.
Commenting on the partnership, Richard Mace, Chief Executive Officer at Malvern, said: "This collaboration with University of Chichester is a good example of the partnerships being targeted by the Group in pursuit of its growth strategy, giving both parties complementary benefits."
Mark Barlow, Chief Marketing Officer at University of Chichester, commented: "We are delighted to be working with Malvern International with the purpose of helping us attract a wider diversity of students from key recruitment markets"
