Notice of AGM and pre-AGM investor events
Annual General Meeting
Good Energy announces that its Notice of AGM has been posted to shareholders today and will shortly be available on the Company's website at https://www.goodenergy.co.uk/investors/annual-general-meeting/.
The Company's AGM will be held at 2pm on 22 June 2023 at the Company's offices. Shareholders planning to attend the AGM on 22 June 2023 are asked to register their attendance by contacting investor.relations@goodenergy.co.uk.
Online votes and Forms of proxy must be completed, signed and returned so as to be received by the Company's Registrars by no later than 2pm on Tuesday 20 June 2023. Full details are set out in the Notice of AGM and on the Company's website https://www.goodenergy.co.uk/investors/annual-general-meeting/.
Pre-AGM Investor presentation and Q&A
Management will give an online presentation to investors on 14 June 2023 at 11am via the Investor Meet Company ("IMC") platform ahead of the Company's AGM, which is being held on Thursday 22 June 2023. The presentation, hosted by Chief Executive Nigel Pocklington and CFO Rupert Sanderson, will commence at 11am and will be followed by an opportunity for Q&A.
The online presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders as well as Good Energy customers. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your IMC dashboard or any time during the live presentation via the "Ask a Question" function. Although the Company may not be in a position to answer every question it receives, it will address the most prominent within the confines of information already disclosed to the market. Responses to the Q&A from the live presentation will be published at the earliest opportunity on the Investor Meet Company platform.
Investors can sign up to Investor Meet Company for free via: https://investormeetcompany.com/good-energy-group-plc/register-investor and add Good Energy to attend the presentation. Those investors who have already registered and added to meet the Company will be automatically invited.
B Corp panel event
In addition to the pre-AGM presentation, the Company is hosting an online panel event at 5pm on 7 June about why it has applied to become a B Corp. The event will be livestreamed and recorded and shareholders wishing to watch the recording can do so on the Company's website https://www.goodenergy.co.uk/investors/annual-general-meeting/.
