Northcoders (AIM:CODE), an independent provider of training programmes for software coding, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all of the resolutions were passed.
Resolutions 1 to 10 were passed as Ordinary Resolutions and Resolution 11 was passed as a Special Resolution.
