Genuit Group plc ("Genuit", the "Company" or the "Group"), a leading provider of sustainable water and climate management solutions for the built environment, today announces that Paul James has informed the Board that following five years as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of the Company, he wishes to step down to take up the position as Chief Financial Officer with a privately owned company.
Paul will remain in post up to 30 September 2023 to ensure a smooth transfer of responsibilities, and the Board is commencing a process to appoint a successor.
