On the change of composition of the Board of Directors of NAC Kazatomprom JSC
According to a notice received by NAC Kazatomprom JSC (hereinafter - "the Company" or "Kazatomprom"), Mr. Marc Kasher announced his decision to resign from his position as an independent Director of the Board of Directors of the Company, effective 19 June 2023.
