Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC's 2022 Report on Payments to Governments
Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC (LSE: NOG) ("Nostrum", or "the Company"), an independent oil and gas company engaging in the production, development and exploration of oil and gas in the pre-Caspian Basin, today publishes an overview of payments to governments made by Nostrum and its subsidiary undertakings for the year 2022.
The Company has prepared the report in accordance with DTR 4.3A of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority and in compliance with the Reports on Payments to Governments Regulations 2014 (as amended).
