Board Change
Fiinu, a fintech group, creator of the Plugin Overdraft®, announces that Philip Tansey, Group CFO has tendered his resignation and will leave, with immediate effect. In the short term, Charles Resnick, the CFO of the Group's main operating subsidiary will also take on the role as interim Group CFO.
Further announcements will be made as appropriate.
David Hopton, Chair of Fiinu, commented:
"On behalf of the Board, I would like to place on record our thanks to Philip for his contribution since the Company's admission to trading on AIM last Summer and we wish him well with his future endeavours."
