Total Voting Rights and Block Listing Six Monthly Return
Cambridge, UK, 01 September 2023 - In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs") Bango, the global platform for data-driven commerce, notifies the market of the following.
As at 31 August 2023, the total issued share capital of Bango was 76,774,700 shares, with each share carrying one voting right. This follows the issue of 7,832 New Ordinary Shares following the exercise of employee share options during the month ended 31 August 2023.
During the month, 7,500 New Ordinary Shares have been issued under the block listing for the Bango 2005 Employee Share Option Plan and 332 New Ordinary Shares have been issued under the block listing for the Bango 2017 Employee Share Option Plan.
Bango does not currently hold any shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the company is 76,774,700.
The above figure of 76,774,700 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of Bango under the DTRs.
