Invinity Energy Systems plc (AIM: IES) (AQSE: IES) (OTCQX: IESVF), a leading global manufacturer of utility-grade energy storage, provides the following update in accordance with Schedule Six of the AIM Rules for Companies regarding its existing blocklisting arrangements.

The Company also announces that it has issued 50 Ordinary Shares of €0.01 each (the "New Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of Short-Term Warrants, which were issued as part of the capital raising in December 2021, under the Company's existing block listing entitlement.
Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares the issued ordinary share capital of the Company comprises 191,032,173 ordinary shares of €0.01 each with one vote per share. Therefore, this figure can be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
The New Ordinary Shares are already admitted to trading on AIM under the Company's existing block listing entitlement. An application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the Aquis Stock Exchange and dealings are expected to commence today.
The Company has 14,464,178 Short-Term Warrants and 14,464,415 Long-Term Warrants outstanding, both of which are admitted to trading on the Aquis Stock Exchange.
