Â
Operating sustainably is not simply about preserving and improving the environment in which we live, but it is also about ensuring that we make a positive societal contribution and maintain strong governance. Through widely used ESG frameworks and standards, Ceres aims to be transparent in the risks and opportunities it faces and to communicate the current management of impacts for the benefit of all its stakeholders.
Â
Professor Dame Julia King, Baroness Brown of Cambridge, Senior Independent Director and Chair of the ESG Committee of Ceres said: "A year on from our last report and world average temperatures continue to hit new highs, reinforcing the growing urgency for action to tackle climate change. Ceres' technology sits right at the heart of the global energy transition, and we also recognise the importance of building sustainability and resilience into how we do business. This report sets out how - with consideration for all our stakeholders - we continue to evolve our thinking and processes to be robust in an uncertain future."

About Ceres
Â
Ceres is a world-leading developer of electrochemical technologies: fuel cells for power generation, electrolysis for the creation of green hydrogen and energy storage. Its asset-light, licensing model has seen it establish partnerships with some of the world's largest engineering and technology companies, such Bosch, Doosan, Shell and Weichai, to develop systems and products that address climate change for power generation, transportation, industry, data centres and everyday living. Ceres is listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") (LSE: CWR) and is classified by the LSE Green Economy Mark, which recognises listed companies that derive more than 50% of their activity from the green economy.
