Directors Dealing / PDMR Shareholding
Windar Photonics plc (AIM: WPHO), the technology group that has developed a cost efficient and innovative LiDAR wind sensor for use on electricity generating wind turbines, has been notified that today, Paul Hodges, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 225,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company has also been notified that today, Johan Blach Peterson, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company sold 500,000 Ordinary Shares.
Following this transaction, Mr Hodges is interested in 1,675,318 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 2.45 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company and Mr Peterson is interested in 1,882,841 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 2.75 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
