Annual General Meeting Statement and Result
Tirupati Graphite plc (TGR.L, TGRHF.OTCQX), the specialist Flake Graphite company and supplier of the critical mineral for the global energy transition, held its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') at 10:00 am today, 26 October 2023, and all resolutions proposed in the notice of meeting sent to the shareholders and dated 03 October 2023 were duly passed on a show of hands.
Shishir Poddar, Executive Chairman, made the following comments:
"It is an opportune time at which we have completed the first phase of our development and continue to evolve our strategies to move towards our goals. The energy transition economy provides huge opportunities to us and as we continue our progress we are preparing for the next stage of our development."
"We thank all our shareholders for the support they have provided to our endeavors, for participating in the online pre AGM presentation we had yesterday and for their time for attending the AGM. We will continue to keep the markets updated with our progress and look forward to a productive year ahead."
