Wendy McMillan has informed the Board that she has been appointed to a new executive role commencing in January 2024. The contractual conditions of her new role restrict external board appointments and consequently Wendy has informed the Board that she will step down from her role as Non-executive Director on TT's board with immediate effect.
Warren Tucker said:
