Director/PDMR shareholdings - acquisition of shares
Transense Technologies plc, the provider of specialist sensing solutions and measurement systems, has been notified that the wife of Nigel Rogers, Executive Chairman of the Company, has purchased 6,500 ordinary shares in the Company yesterday, at 94.275 pence per share.
Accordingly, Nigel Rogers' total beneficial shareholding in the Company has increased to 271,500 ordinary shares, which represents approximately 1.75% of the Company's current voting rights.
