Transense Technologies plc, the provider of specialist sensor systems, announces that the issued share capital of the Company at the date of this announcement comprises 16,437,740 ordinary shares of 10 pence ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company holds 962,856 Ordinary Shares in treasury and therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 15,474,884.
The figure of 15,474,884 should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
