Exercise of Options, Transaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights

 

 

1Spatial, (AIM: SPA), a global leader in Location Master Data Management (LMDM) software and solutions, announces that a total of 8,250 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have been transferred from treasury to an employee of the Company following the exercise of share options under the Employee Share Plan announced on 6 November 2020. These 8,250 Ordinary Shares were transferred on 11 December 2023.

 

Following the transfer, the issued share capital of the Company remains 110,859,545 Ordinary Shares, of which 15,399 remain in treasury.

 

Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares carrying voting rights in 1Spatial is 110,844,146. This figure of 110,844,146 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
