Board Change
Fever-Tree, the world's leading supplier of premium carbonated mixers, is pleased to announce the appointment of David Lapp as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective from 1 January 2024.
David brings over 35 years of extensive industry expertise in the beverage sector including bottling, manufacturing, supply chain management and strategy across the North American and European markets. David served as Senior Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer for PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA) where he was accountable for leading the end-to-end supply chain operations for PBNA. Most recently he was Senior Vice President of Manufacturing Strategy across food and beverages for PepsiCo's North American business'. Prior to these roles, he served 22 years at Pepsi Bottling Group across the business' manufacturing and warehouse operations - culminating in the role of Global VP, Manufacturing and Warehouse Operations - before joining PepsiCo when it acquired the business in 2010.
As announced in May, Coline McConville will be stepping down from the Board of the Company on 31 December 2023, having served nine years as a Non-Executive Director.
As previously announced, Coline has been succeeded as Senior Independent Director by Kevin Havelock, who joined the Board in January 2018. Laura Hagan, who joined the Board and the Remuneration Committee in May 2021, has taken over from Coline as Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
