RM Infrastructure Income plc announces that at the General Meeting held earlier today, the ordinary resolution facilitating the implementation of the Managed Wind-down of the Company was duly passed by shareholders.
The text of all the resolutions is contained in the notice of meeting in the circular dated 30 November 2023, which is available to view on the Company's website (https://rm-funds.co.uk/rm-infrastructure-income/) and at the National Storage Mechanism at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
