Verditek plc (AIM:VDTK), the international green technology company that develops, manufactures and sells lightweight solar panels announces that Gavin Mayhew has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.
The Board takes this opportunity to thank Mr Mayhew for his contribution to the Company.
