XLMedia (AIM: XLM), a leading global digital media company, announces that Caroline Ackroyd, the Company's Chief Financial Officer and Board Director, has notified the Board of her intention to resign with a view to joining an operator in the gambling sector. Caroline will remain with the business until 31 March 2024 to assist with an orderly handover.
The process to find a replacement will commence immediately and an update for shareholders will be made at the appropriate time.
