Eagle Eye, a leading SaaS technology company that creates digital connections enabling personalised, real-time marketing, announces that 218,650 options over ordinary shares of 1p each in Eagle Eye ("Ordinary Shares") were exercised on 18 January 2024 by employees of the business including certain Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs"). Subsequent to the exercise of these options, a proportion of the resultant Ordinary Shares were sold at a price of 535p per Ordinary Share on 18 January 2024, as set out in the table below:

Application has been made for the admission of the 218,650 new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM. Dealings are expected to commence on 25 January 2024. Following the issue of the 218,650 new Ordinary Shares, the total number of Ordinary shares in issue as at the date of this notice is 29,611,036 with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is, therefore, 29,611,036.
The above figure of 29,611,036 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
In addition, the Company was informed on 18 January 2024 that Zyed Jamoussi, Co-founder of Untie Nots, on 18 January 2024 sold 300,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 535p per Ordinary Share. Following this disposal, Zyed Jamoussi holds 106,208 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.4% of the Company's existing issued share capital.
