Results of Annual General Meeting
At the Botswana Diamonds plc ("Botswana Diamonds") Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), which was held in London earlier today, James Campbell, the Managing Director presented an update on projects. In particular
- The gravity anomaly close to KX36 in the Kalahari is what we believe to be part of the yet-to-be discovered cluster of kimberlites cantered on KX36.
- Operations are expected to resume at Marsfontein once the diamond price improves.
- Whilst there have been delays in the gravity of the Thorny River mining permit, we expect it to be approved.
All resolutions were passed.
