Company Auditor update
Further to shareholder approval at the Company's extraordinary general meeting on 9 November 2023, the Company confirms that the resignation of Moore Stephens LLP has been approved by the Accounting and Regulatory Authority of Singapore, pursuant to the requirements of the Companies Act (Chapter 50) of Singapore. Consequently, Nexia Singapore PAC has been appointed as the Company's auditor.
