Update on Patent Infringement
Further to the Company's announcement on 10 January 2024, CAP-XX Limited, a world leader in the design and manufacture of supercapacitors and energy management systems, announces that it has filed a notice of appeal to the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals following the Delaware District Court judgment in favour of Maxwell Technologies Inc. in relation to the patent infringement case asserted by CAP-XX.
The appeal process is at a preliminary stage and there can be no certainty as to the timing of the appeal process or, ultimately, whether the appeal will be heard by the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.
