Director Appointment
Aurrigo International plc (AIM: AURR, the "Company" or "Aurrigo"), a leading international provider of transport technology solutions, is delighted to announce the appointment of Peter Whiting as an independent non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 February 2024.
Peter had a twenty-five year career as an investment analyst in equity capital markets, and has spent the past twelve years as a non-executive director on the board of several public and private companies (currently including Kooth plc, FDM Group plc, Celebrus Technologies plc and Team17 Group plc). He has experience in a broad range of sectors, but focused particularly on technology, including software and engineering.
Peter brings a wealth of experience to the Aurrigo Board. His appointment follows the transition of Lewis Girdwood to an executive role as Director of the Aviation Technology division, as announced on 15 November 2023. Peter will serve as Chair of the Audit Committee.
