Director/PDMR shareholding
Brickability Group plc (AIM:BRCK), the leading construction materials distributor, announces that on 30 January 2024, Andrew Wilson a PDMR of the Company, exercised options over 326,087 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the Brickability Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") 2019.
Subsequently, Mr Wilson sold 76,214 and 249,873 Ordinary Shares on 30 January 2024 and 31 January 2024 respectively at a volume-weighted average price of 66.2483 pence per share.
Following the above transactions, Mr Wilson's shareholding in the Company remains unchanged at 2,343,457 Ordinary Shares (0.74% of the issued share capital).
