Oxford Metrics plc (LSE: OMG), the smart sensing and software company servicing life sciences, entertainment and engineering markets, announces that on 5 February 2024, Catherine Roberson (Executive Director) transferred 6,000 shares to Jonathan McWilliam, person closely associated with Catherine Robertson, for nil consideration.
On 6 February 2024, Catherine Robertson, sold 94,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 98.5 pence per share.
In addition, Jonathan McWilliam, sold 6,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 98.5 pence per share.
Following the sale, Catherine Robertson, and persons closely associated with her, will have a beneficial interest in 503,017 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.38% per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company.
