Fadel Partners, Inc., the developer of cloud-based brand compliance and rights and royalty management software, announces the appointment of Ian Flaherty (CPA) as Chief Financial Officer with effect from 14th February 2024. Ian is a Certified Public Accountant in the United States and joins the Company from LogicManager, Inc., a SaaS-based Enterprise Risk Management business. Previously, Ian held various financial management positions in public listed companies (New York Stock Exchange and Toronto Stock Exchange) within the technology and direct-to- consumer sectors. Ian also worked in professional practice at Ernst and Young, LLP. Ian's appointment to the Board remains subject to satisfying AIM regulatory and due diligence checks and a further announcement will be made in this regard in due course.
Vicary Gibbs has stepped down from his role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and has resigned from the Board and all group Directorship roles with immediate effect, in order to pursue other opportunities. Vicary has been CFO of the Company since 2022 and the Board wish to record their appreciation for his significant contribution to the Company over this time, in particular in relation to the successful IPO of the Company.
As stated in the Company's trading update on 31 January 2024, revenue for the year ended 31 December 2023 was in-line with market expectations and the Board remains confident about the Company's prospects.
