Change of Auditor

DG Innovate (LSE: DGI), the advanced research and development company developing pioneering solutions in sustainable mobility and energy storage, announces the appointment of PKF Littlejohn LLP ("PKF") as the Company's new auditor for the year ended 31 December 2023. The appointment of PKF remains subject to approval by shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The appointment of PKF follows the resignation of Moore Kingston Smith LLP as auditors to the Company. In accordance with Section 519 of the Companies Act 2006 Moore Kingston Smith LLP has deposited with the Company a statement confirming that there are no matters in connection with them ceasing to hold office as auditor that should be brought to the attention of the Company's members or creditors.
