Changes to Board composition
Princess Private Equity Holding Limited today announces the following:
Mr Axel Holtrup has accepted an invitation to join the Board as a Non-Executive Director with effect from today.
Axel Holtrup currently serves as a member of the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (DBAG), a publicly listed private equity firm focused on mid-market buyouts in Germany. Additionally, his professional experience includes serving as a Director at Silver Lake Partners for five years before joining AEA Investors in 2011 as a Partner and Member of the Global Management Committee. During his time at Silver Lake Partners, he played a central role in establishing the European office and was involved in several significant buy-out transactions, as well as a range of LBO debt investments. Mr. Holtrup began his private equity career with Investcorp in London, where he spent over eight years leading European buy-outs. Throughout his career, he has served on various portfolio company supervisory boards. Before entering the private equity industry, Mr. Holtrup worked as a financial analyst in the M&A department of Morgan Stanley in London and Frankfurt.
Neither Axel nor any connected party to Axel has any beneficial interest in shares of the Company at the date of this announcement.
