Dialight plc (LSE: DIA.L), the global leader in sustainable LED lighting for industrial applications, announces that by mutual agreement with the Board, Fariyal Khanbabi has decided to step down as Chief Executive Officer and as a director of the Company with immediate effect. Steve Blair, currently a non-executive director of the Company, has agreed to take on the role of Chief Executive Officer.
The board of directors wishes to thank Fariyal for her very considerable contributions to the Group during her 10-years as a Board director and wishes her well in the future.
