The Company announces that it received notification on 16 February 2024 that on 16 February 2024 Martin Henry Withers Perrin, a non-executive director of Fiske, acquired 10,600 Fiske ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 65.0 pence per Ordinary Share, representing 0.09% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
Following the acquisition, Mr Perrin is now interested in 45,600 Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.39% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
