Tirupati Graphite plc (TGR.L, TGRHF.OTCQX), the specialist flake graphite company and supplier of the critical mineral for the global energy transition, announces that Ms. Isabel de Salis has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.
The Board now constitutes two members, of which one is a Non-Executive Director. The Company will be reviewing the composition of the Board with a view to expanding it in the near term.
Shishir Poddar, Executive Chairman, said:
