The Company announces that Birger Nergaard, having served nine years as a Non-Executive Director, has informed the Board that he intends to step down at the end of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 9 May 2024 and will not stand for re-election.
Laurence Hollingworth, Chair said "We would like to thank Birger for his nine years of invaluable contribution, advice and service to Clarksons and wish him every success for the future."
A search for a non-executive director has been initiated and a further announcement will be made when appropriate.
This notification is made in accordance with the LR 9.6.11R(2).
