Cordel CFO Sabbatical
Cordel Group PLC (AIM: CRDL), the Artificial Intelligence platform for transport corridor analytics, announces that the Group's Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Ms. Thouraya Walker is taking a sabbatical for up to 6 months.
Ms. Walker is taking the sabbatical for personal reasons, which the board very much supports. She will remain on the Board as an executive director without portfolio and will attend Board meetings throughout her sabbatical.
The Company has secured the services of a suitably qualified and experienced interim CFO, Ms. Natasha Dinneen, who is a former KPMG auditor and has held senior finance roles with early-stage technology companies in the UK. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales and will report to the CEO on a day-to-day basis, feeding up to the Board and Audit Committee wherever appropriate.
Following a two-week handover process, this temporary change in roles and responsibilities is effective immediately and will be in place for up to 6 months.
John Davis, CEO of Cordel, commented:
"We take care of our valued team members at Cordel and always endeavor to accommodate their needs, whilst ensuring that their responsibilities are covered. We are delighted to have Natasha stepping in and are very confident in her experience and capability."
