Retirement of CFO
CAP-XX Limited ('the Company'), a world leader in the design and manufacture of supercapacitors and energy management systems, announces that Mike Taylor has decided to retire from his role as Chief Financial Officer of the Company and will be leaving CAP-XX on 15 March 2024.
Mr Taylor's responsibilities will be assumed by Ruvina Dissanayake who joined the Company as Financial Controller on 11 March 2024. Ms Dissanayake has a wealth of finance and accounting experience in a range of businesses, including those in the pharmaceutical, mining, construction and tertiary education sectors.
Mr Taylor's responsibilities as Company Secretary will be assumed by a consultant to CAP-XX, which the Board believes better suits the size of the Company and the requirements of the role.
Commenting on the retirement of Mike Taylor, Lars Stegmann, Chief Executive Officer of CAP-XX said: "The board would like to thank Mike for his many years of service to the Company. We wish him an enjoyable retirement. We are delighted that Ruvina has joined the CAP-XX team and I look forward to working with her as she gets to know the CAP-XX business".
