In conformity with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency rules, CML Microsystems Plc hereby notifies the market that the Company's issued share capital comprises 16,144,079 ordinary shares of 5p each. All of these shares carry voting rights. In addition to these 16,144,079 ordinary shares, the total number of treasury shares held is 360,675 which do not carry voting rights. 

 

The above figure of 16,144,079 ordinary shares in the Company carrying voting rights may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
