Publication of Annual Report 2023, Notice of 2024 Annual General Meeting,
NZC Pathway Progress Report 2023 and Communities Framework
Harworth Group plc (the Company) announces that it has today published the following:
1. Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2023 (the Annual Report 2023);
2. Notice of 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM);
3. Net Zero Carbon (NZC) Pathway Progress Report for 2023; and
4. Communities Framework.
ANNUAL REPORT 2023 AND NOTICE OF 2024 AGM
The following documents have been posted or made available to shareholders today:
1. Annual Report 2023;
2. Notice of 2024 AGM; and
3. Form of proxy for the 2024 AGM.
A copy of each of the above-mentioned documents has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The AGM will be held on Monday 20 May 2024 at 2:30 p.m. at The Brearley Room, AMP Technology Centre, Advanced Manufacturing Park, Brunel Way, Catcliffe, Rotherham, S60 5WG.
The Notice of 2024 AGM, together with explanatory notes on the resolutions to be proposed and instructions on voting, is contained in the circular sent or made available to shareholders today.
NZC PATHWAY PROGRESS REPORT FOR 2023
Harworth is also publishing today its NZC Pathway Progress Report for 2023. In 2022, Harworth committed to becoming operationally NZC by 2030 and NZC for all emissions by 2040. In 2023, Harworth published for the first time its NZC Pathway Report, which outlined the steps that the Company will take to address the challenges and opportunities of decarbonisation as well as providing clear and practical guidance for the business and a framework through which its progress can be measured.
The NZC Pathway Progress Report for 2023 is Harworth's first update on progress against its NZC commitments. The report provides a summary of progress against the NZC Pathway alongside the approach the Company is taking to deliver on its NZC commitments.

COMMUNITIES FRAMEWORK
Through the Communities pillar of The Harworth Way the Company aims to create, strengthen and support the communities it serves through the regeneration and development of its sites. The Communities Framework published today will allow the business to further understand, improve and articulate how it drives social value creation through the development and regeneration it undertakes as a master developer.
