Update on publication of results
Delay in publication of audited accounts for the period ended 30 September 2023
Roadside, (AIM: ROAD) the roadside real estate business, provides the following update on the publication of its results.
The Company continues to work on the finalisation of its results for the period ended 30 September 2023, whilst facing resource constraints at its auditors following senior personnel compassionate leave at the Company.
Roadside now expects to publish its results by 30 April 2024, after which the Company expects its suspension from trading will be lifted.
