Director/PDMR Shareholdings
The Company makes the following notifications in accordance with the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
On 7 May 2024, the Deferred Share Awards granted on 7 May 2020 under the Clarkson PLC 2014 Long Term Incentive Plan (the 'Plan') vested following the end of a four-year deferral period. The following Executive Directors acquired ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company in connection with the vesting and sold part of their acquired shares to fund tax liabilities arising from the vesting.
