The Company announces the following transactions in respect of Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):

·    Jonathan Murphy has acquired 198,975 Ordinary Shares at 43p

·    Jayne Cottam has acquired 58,800 Ordinary Shares at 42.5p

Following the transactions, the total beneficial interest of Jonathan Murphy and Jayne Cottam in the Ordinary Shares is 3,147,747 and 770,008 respectively.
