EN+ ANNOUNCES CHANGES IN TOP MANAGEMENT TEAM
22 May 2024 - Russian power and metals holding En+ (LSE: ENPL; MOEX: ENPG), a leading producer of low-carbon aluminium and renewable energy, announces the resignation of Mikhail Khardikov, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of En+. The Board of Directors has approved the candidacy of Vladimir Kolmogorov, director of EuroSibEnergo, as the new CEO. Previously, he held the position of First Deputy CEO for Technical Policy at En+ for seven years and has occupied other senior leadership roles at major enterprises in the energy sector.
Christopher Burnham, Chairman of the Board of Directors of En+, said: "Mikhail Khardikov has decided to leave the company. We are grateful to Mikhail for his contribution, ensuring the continued stable operation of the company and laying the foundations for its future further growth.
