Shareholders will note that the usual resolution to receive the Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 ("FY2023 Accounts") is not being proposed at the AGM. This is due to the timing of various regulatory approvals being sought in connection with the Company's Transformation Plan. A separate general meeting will be convened as soon as possible to consider the FY2023 Accounts, as well as the resolutions relating to the reappointment and remuneration of the auditor. Shareholders will be notified of the general meeting in due course.
