Director's Shareholding

Helios, the investment vehicle which builds shareholder value through exposure to Lloyd's, was informed on 31 May 2024 that Mr Nigel Hanbury, Executive Deputy Chairman and Director of the Company and persons closely associated with Mr Hanbury, on the same day, sold 47,600 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 170 pence per share and subsequently purchased 46,400 Ordinary Shares at a price of 170 pence per share and 1,200 Ordinary Shares at a price of 175 pence per share. Mr Hanbury's total interest remains unchanged at 9,448,419 Ordinary Shares, representing 12.64% of the issued share capital of the Company.
