Update on Kilada Country Club, Golf & Residences

The DCI board wishes to inform shareholders that a Memorandum of Understanding has been signed with a potential buyer for DCI 's stake in the Kilada asset which gives the potential buyer an initial exclusivity period of 90 days to complete further due diligence in order to present an offer.

 

The potential buyer has the knowledge and strong experience in managing developments like the Kilada Country Club, Golf & Residences and are happy to get involved in finalising phase I of the development, being the 18 holes golf course plus country club.

 

A further announcement will be made when appropriate in due course.
