Results of AGM
The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that at the annual general meeting of the Company held today, all the resolutions relating to both the ordinary business and the special business, as set out in the Notice of AGM dated 15 May 2024, were duly passed by shareholders. Resolutions 1 - 10 were passed as Ordinary Resolutions and Resolution 11 as a Special Resolution. Votes were as set out below:
