Next 15 Group plc announces that at its Annual General Meeting held at 9:30am on 27 June 2024 at 60 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 6RT, all resolutions set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 3 May 2024 were duly passed by shareholders.
