REF: REGULATIONS 30 AND 34 OF THE SEBI (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS, 2015 (THE "SEBI LISTING REGULATIONS")

 

In reference to our letter no. AXIS/CO/CS/60/2024-25 dated April 25, 2024, inter alia informing the exchanges about the 30th AGM of the Bank to be held on July 26, 2024, through video conferencing / other audio-visual means, and pursuant to Regulations 30 and 34 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, please find enclosed herewith the Notice of the 30th AGM, dated April 25, 2024, (the "Notice") and the Integrated Annual Report of the Bank for fiscal 2024.
