Result of Annual General Meeting
i(x) Net Zero (AIM: IX.), the investing company which focuses on energy transition and sustainability in the built environment, is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.
This included the resolution to approve the cancellation of admission of the Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM ("Cancellation"). As a result, the Cancellation will become effective on 1 August 2024, in accordance with the AIM Rules. The last day of dealings in the Company's ordinary shares will be 31 July 2024.
A breakdown of proxy votes lodged prior to and votes received at the meeting for each resolution will be available on the Company's website on Monday 22 July 2024.
