NOTICE OF INTERIM RESULTS AND INVESTOR PRESENTATIONS

BBGI Global Infrastructure S.A. (LSE ticker: BBGI), the global infrastructure investment company, will announce its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2024 on Thursday, 29 August 2024.
